Turnaround times

Most update requests are turned around within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted on weekends are picked up the next business day.
For larger projects — new pages, bigger layout changes, or anything involving images and copy from scratch — we'll reply in the thread with a specific timeline before starting the work.
Tips for faster turnaround
- Include the exact page or URL you want changed
- Paste new copy as text instead of a screenshot when possible
- Group small changes together in one request
- Link to examples if you're going for a particular look
