Canceling your membership

Go to the My Plan section of Account Settings and click manage subscription, or by sending us a quick note in Requests & Chat. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

When you cancel, your website will stay live until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, the site will be taken offline.

If you'd like to pause instead of cancel, let us know in Requests & Chat and we'll work something out.
